The following is a list of forthcoming concerts and recitals taking place as part of the seventh edition of the Malta International Music Festival, which runs until Friday.

The seventh edition of the Malta International Music Festival organised by the European Foundation for Support of Culture and the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, will once again present a prestigious classical music festival, featuring high calibre names and legendary personalities from within the international classical music world, to follow suit on the custom and reputation which the festival has acquired throughout the past years.

Over and above the feat of bringing together some of the biggest names in the classical music field to give outstanding concerts which will continue until 1st May, the Malta International Festival has also been able to attract attention from other spheres, including the tourist field.

Wednesday, the fourth day of the Malta International Music Festival, currently being organised by the European Foundation for the Support of Culture, also saw the launch of Armenia Cultural Days which are taking place between the 18th and the 30th April.

Founded in 2011 by the European Foundation for Support of Culture, the Malta International Music Festival is now one of the most important cultural events in Malta. Taking in concert events, masterclasses and regular competitions in all branches of instrumental music, the festival brings together young, upcoming talents and the world’s most famous musicians.

Some of the most prestigious names in classical music are coming to Valletta for a special edition of the Malta International Music Festival, with near-daily concerts spread over more than two weeks starting on 15 April.
